02Personal data we collect
I only collect what is needed to respond to you and provide my services:

Please do not send sensitive personal data (for example health, religious or financial information) through the form.
03How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation
- To arrange, deliver and follow up on training, consultations and other services
- To support HRD Corp claim documentation, where you request it
- To send invoices and keep business records
- To improve this website and understand which content is useful
- To comply with legal obligations
I will not use your data for marketing newsletters unless you separately agree to it, and I never sell your personal data.
05Transfers outside Malaysia
Some service providers store data on servers outside Malaysia (for example in Singapore). Where this happens, I take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives a level of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 24 months after the last contact. Records needed for invoices, tax or HRD Corp claims are kept for as long as the law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights).
07How we protect it
Your data is protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to authorised persons only, secure providers with regular backups, and spam protection on forms. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but I take reasonable and practical steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
08Your rights
Under the PDPA, you may:
- AccessAsk for a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
- CorrectAsk me to correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Withdraw consentWithdraw your consent at any time. This may mean I can no longer provide some services.
- Limit processingAsk me to stop or limit processing, including for direct marketing.
- Data portabilityAsk for your data to be transferred to another party, where technically possible.
To make a request, email [email protected]. I will respond within 21 days. A reasonable fee may apply to data access requests, as allowed by law.
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, without your name and contact details I will not be able to reply to your enquiry.
10Changes to this notice & contact
This notice may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
In case of any inconsistency between the English and Bahasa Melayu versions of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
